Abstract

The objective of this research is to know how the liquidity, profitability, leverage, secure, and auditor reputation could influence to the bonds rating. Bond rating is one of the most important indicator about a company’s credit quality. This research uses conditions from PT Pefindo and the data completed financial statement of bank which are listed on Bursa Efek Indonesia. The techniques of the test from data be processed by using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) for windows release 21.00. The analysis begin by using descriptive statistical test, after that was done classical assumption testing. Therefore, the conclusion of this research has shown that the variabel of Liquidity, profitability, and auditor reputation would influence the bond ratings, while the variabels of leverage and secure would not influence the bond ratings.
