Abstract

This study aims to examine the principles of good corporate governance which affect the managerial performance of the company.Based on the results of research and discussion that has been carried out, showing the positive influence of good corporate governance significantly to the performance of managerial influence that the better implementation of good corporate governance, it will give a better impacton managerial performance. With the support of all parties, the application of the principles of good corporate governance will better ensure managerial performance is strong and sustainable.
