Abstract

CV Sumber Terang Mulia Fiberglass is a water tank trading company that has a market to meet the needs of the community. One of the problems in the world of industrial work is work accidents. Work accidents have a negative impact on workers who experience and do not experience them. On the production floor there must also be a good occupational health and safety application to overcome it. The purpose of this study was to find out how dangerous it is if employees do not wear PPE on the work floor. The results of the study found (1) sources of danger in CV Sumber Terang Mulia Fiberglass There are 7. (2) Risks from sources of danger on the production floor include: exposure to iron, blisters, sparks, burns, being hit by water tanks, machines burners, mowers. (3) Based on the assessment of the high risk level, 3 sources of danger are classified as “extreme”, and 4 are classified as high risks. Key words: K3, Hazop, Material Sources.
