Abstract

The necessities of human life are growing in line with the modernization that is happening. Activities that are carried out by humans are increasing complexly. In the world of architecture, physical needs are in the form of buildings that can accommodate them to carry out activities such as bathing, eating, and sleeping. Meanwhile, spiritual needs are in the form of comfort in the building such as a comfortable room, lighting in the room so it is not dark and so on. To fullfill these needs, a building needs a facility names utilities. Building design must pay attention to utility facilities that are coordinated with other designs, such as architectural design, structural design, interior design and other designs. PT Graha Maju Wuling Motors Car Showroom construction project is under construction. Less than 50% of which have started the installation of its building utility system.
