Abstract

Delinquency is the nature and attitude has a negative behavior that can harm themselves and the environment they live in, delinquency can also occur due to the surrounding environment is bad and the lack of attention from the family. Children who begin a teenager, especially for schools are most badly behaved students who can influence other students. Students who have problems in dealing with the school should give strict sanctions in accordance with mischief done by the student. One way to predict the students by making use of information systems. The information system that can be used is an expert system. Expert system utilizes predictive results naughtiness students based on symptoms are visible. In predicting delinquency is needed methods of certainty factor (CF). Results of this research is the application of expert systems that can be used to illustrate directly delinquency experienced Xavier high school students 2 Palembang.
