Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of work disicipline on employee performance at Restaurant Pondok Kelapo Palembang. The sample used in the study were 30 employees, with population of about 50 employees. Analytical techniques used to process the data that are validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption test, and simple linear regression analyzes that are done by using software special package for social sciences (SPSS) version 16.0. The conclusion of that work disicipline significantly influence employee performance. Coefficients of the table in the column sig. generated significant value less than 0,05. Futhermore, based on the table, adjusted R Square value of 0,117, it can be concluded that the percentage of variables influence work disicipline on employee performance Restaurant Pondok Kelapo Palembang amounted to 11,7% and the remaining 88,3% can be explained by other variables that not examined in this study.
