Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh variabel makroekonomi terhadap IHSG di BEI periode 2003-2007. Metode pengujian hipotesis menggunakan metode analisis jalur. Pengujian tambahan dilakukan untuk mendapatkan model jalur yang lebih baik akibat adanya data yang cukup ekstrim pada periode penelitian dikarenakan kondisi perekonomian yang kurang stabil. Hasil pengujian hipotesis yaitu hipotesis pertama (Ha!) ditolak, namun hipotesis ini diterima pada pengujian tambahan yang berarti bahwa inflasi berpengaruh terhadap IHSG. Hipotesis kedua (Ha2) ditolak yang menyatakan bahwa SBI tidak berpengaruh terhadap IHSG, dan hipotesis ketiga (Ha3) diterima yang menyatakan bahwa kurs dollar berpengaruh terhadap IHSG.
