Abstract

Penelitiaan ini tentang analisis pengendalian kualitas gula untuk mengetahui apakah turbidity yang dihasilkan terkendali atau tidak dengan cara menggunakan peta kendali dan R.Setelah diketahui turbidity tersebut terkendali atau tidak digunakan diagram sebab-akibat untuk mencari tau penyebab atau factor-faktor apa saja yang membuat ketidakstabilan atau tidak terkendalinya pada turbidity.Kemudian memberikan rencana aksi untuk membuat agar turbidity yang dihasilkan menjadi lebih baik.
