Abstract

PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja (Persero), better known as PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja, is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) which is engaged in fertilizer production and marketing. The company's main goal is to produce products to meet consumer needs. In meeting the needs of consumers, the company must maintain the condition of the machine in order to continue operating properly. For this reason, companies must increase the efficiency of production machines and reduce idle time due to damage and get a maintenance schedule for production machines that can optimize profits. After processing data and collecting data on the problems faced, the damage analysis discussed is the time dependency mechanism. If the inspection time and repair time of a production equipment follow an exponential distribution, the level of damage is affected by the level of inspection.
