Abstract

Need is everything that humans need to maintain their lives. One of the human needs is the need of security. Because of this need, humans need a house as a place to refuge from danger. With the increase in population, the number of homes will automatically increase. However, low-income people find it difficult to buy a decent home because of limited costs. Therefore simple houses are built at affordable prices for low-income people. This report discusses mechanism of simple houses shop-drawing by PT. Cakra Indo Pratama. Shop-drawing includes floor plan, façade, and section for type 36 and 45, along floor plan and façade for retail house. However, there are some changes so that a simple type 39 and 48 is obtained. The results obtained are in the form of shop drawing and three-dimensional drawing.
