The sample is determined using the purposive sampling method. The sample of this study were 100 respondents using the Slovin formula. Testing this hypothesis is done with the help of SPSS ver. 20. The results of this test indicate that the first hypothesis (H1) which states that the level of education influences the length of time seeking work for workers, is accepted. The second hypothesis (H2) which states that age has no effect on the length of time to look for work for workers, is rejected.
