Abstract

Coffee plant duck stamp is one factory producing coffee powder. This factory to process the coffee beans into the coffee powder to powdered coffee as much as 150 kg 1 time production initial observations on the sorting coffee grounds, where the observation takes design tool sorting based appropriate technology to reduce complaints of pain and workload so as to accelerate time production and increase the number of products,the captured date is the measurment of the pulse minute workload,musculoskeletal pain complaints,hypothesis testing,and analysis of costs. After observations obtained score 43 complaints of pain, the workload of beats minute on average 126,5 sorting and processing times for 4 hours by the sum of the products of 150 kg. After using a tool appropriate technology-based sorting by using electric power, complaints of pain workoad of 9,25 beats minute on average 100,75 sorting and processing times for 4 hours to produce the number of products to200kg, so one hour can produce 50 kg.
