The data were retrieved from the questionnaires and observation sheets which were analyzed by univariate and bivariate. Kendall Tau test and Fisher’s Exact Test used the significant value of 0.05%. Phi coefficient was used for the correlation of Fisher’s Exact Test analysis. Research result: The results of the univariate analysis showed that the respondents at full-adult age were 39 ( 62.9%) respondens, the female gender were 49 (79%) respondens, nursing diploma were (91.9%) respondens, work period ≥ 1 year were 48 (77.4%) respondens, those who had been trained in the patient safety were 47 (75.8%) respondens, ediquate knowledge were 60 (96.8%) respondens, highy motivated were 32 (51.6%) respondens, and those applying good Patient Safety Goals were 52 (83.9%). While the response on the respondents’ attitude between good results category and not good results category were the same. The results of the bivariate analysis showed the significant correlation between age (τ=0.389; p=0.002), length of work period (τ= 0.497; p<0.001), training (φ=0.571; p<0.001) and knowledge (τ=0.416; p=0.001) with the implementation of patient safety goals. Suggested hospitals provided regular training to all health workers.
