Abstract

This research is intended to find out how the influence of "attitudes toward behavior" is actually on the interest of micro entrepreneurs in Palembang to carry out simple bookkeeping. A total of 74 micro entrepreneurs were sampled in this study. The results showed that attitudes toward behavior proved to have a significant positive effect on the interest of micro entrepreneurs to carry out simple bookkeeping. The implication is that government and related institutions must be more vigorous in conducting socialization and training related to the benefits and importance of conducting micro business accounting in the form of simple bookkeeping.
