Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance CV Anita Jaya Trans. The population in this study were all employees of CV. Anita Jaya Trans totaling 56 people. Data was collected through questionnaires, where the data obtained from the study were analyzed using simple regression analysis techniques were processed using Special Package Software and Service Solution (SPSS) version 16.00. The results of the data processing show that the work motivation has a significant effect on Employee Performance in the Anita Jaya Trans CV of 15,7%. It is based on a table 4.29 that shows the value of R Square of 15,7% and a table 4.30 also shows the significance level of 0.001. Keywords: employee motivation, employee performance
