Abstract

Hospital wastewater is one of the sources of pollution for the environment that can have a negative impact on the health, and disruption of biotic life. Charitas Hospital Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), has not been evaluated. Phosphate (PO4) levels is 2.134 to 2.213 mg/l which exceeded the envi ronmental quality standards (BML) is 2 mg/l and ammonia-free (NH3) levels is 0.174 to 0.186 that exceed the envi ronmental quality standards (BML)is 0.1 mg / l.This research will be conducted evaluation process flow of WWTP installations of RS.Rk Charitas Palembang, processing time, material waste water treatment, and wastewater treatment costs and provide a solution for redesign a miniature WWTP that will be simulated. It is expected that the proposed redesign Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) in RS RK Charitas will produce effluent of hospital environment quality standards are eligible.
