Abstract

The success or failure of project implementation is often caused by the lack of planned project activities and less effective controls, so that project activities are inefficient, this will result in delays, decreased quality of work. Project management is done to manage the project from the beginning until the project ends. The case study in this study was PT. Pudana Abadi Perkasa as an element in the implementation of construction work tasked with carrying out the construction of the Zone 3C Road Improvement project in class 45 of the South Sumatra LRT Infrastructure Development Project. The CPM method is used to find out how long a project is completed and look for the possibility of accelerating the time of project implementation. The result is the optimal duration of the Zone 3C Road Repair project in class 45 which is 145 days from the normal time of 165 days. And the time savings is 20 days with 12.12% presentation.
