Abstract

Xaverius 6 Junior High School (SMP) Palembang is a school under the auspices of the Miryam Institution Foundation. Xaverius 6 Palembang Middle School has a work unit, one of which is the Deputy Curriculum. The Deputy Section of the Curriculum has the wrong task of processing student absences into student report cards that are inputted from the recap of each Homeroom. Previously, to do data collection on daily student attendance, teachers who taught taking notes in Absent Books, student absent recap was still done manually by each class teacher to then be submitted to the Deputy Curriculum. One way to overcome this problem is to use the "Student Attendance Data Processing Application at Palembang Xaverius 6 Middle School" by the author. This application can be used to install, save student meetings, meeting students and can recapitulate student attendance data with computerization into absent information needed. Making this application uses the waterfall method, using the PHP Framework programming language, CodeIgniter and MySQL database. The application of this application is expected to help the Superior Curriculum Representative in processing student attendance data per class for the needs of student report cards.
