Abstract

This Administrative Office located in the Faculty of Science and Technology,Catholic Musi Charitas University is an Office where there are Head of Administration and staff of their respective parts, namely: Education & Student Section, General & Financial Section and Civil Service & Public Relations Section. In this office the Faculty of Science and Technology students take care of administration and other needs. Especially in attendance and filling in BAP lecturers. In the Office of Administration found problems that occur in the attendance process and BAP. The problem in question is that in the attendance process and BAP is still done manually whether it is in recording attendance processes and BAP, processing, and storing data as an archive. Therefore, an Attendance Information System and BAP Lecturers were made to facilitate the process, so that inputting data can be directly stored in the database. Based on the problems mentioned above, it should be able to utilize information technology that can solve the problem. Therefore an attendance information system was created and BAP lecturers of science and technology faculties were built with waterfall models, PIECES analysis, Microsoft Visual Basic 2010, and XAMPP as the database. With the construction of the system can provide convenience for the Administration to process attendance and BAP lecturers, and facilitate lecturers in the attendance and filling out the BAP.
