Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine some factor influencing Dividend Payout Ratio in manufactur sector of Bursa Efek Indonesia. Factors that are predicted influencing in this research are Cash Position, Return on Assets, Growth, and Debt to Equity Ratio. The research examines 20 companies which are purposedly selected from 2006 until 2009. The results of this research indicate that Return on Assets has a positive and significant effect to Dividend Payout Ratio, but Cash Position, Growth, dan Debt to Equity Ratio have no sgnificant effect to Dividend Payout Ratio.
