Abstract

This research aims at proving the assumption that the structure of ownership of the company could memoderasi the Role of Leadership in the Achievement of the Achievement of the Organisation. This research is carried out by means of the survey through the spreading of the questionnaire as aids to receive the research data. The object of this research is the managers of the manufacture company in the Palembang city. The number of sample ends that is made the object of the research, that is as many as 70 samples. The sample is maintained by using the method purposive sampling. This research uses help from the program Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) the version 12.00. The analysis is preceeded with the testing of the validity and reliabilitas by using the method pearson product moment. After that is followeded by the testing of the classic assumption. The testing of the hypothesis uses the method analisi simple regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Results of the testing show that the first hypothesis that say that is gotten by relations between the role of leadership and the achievement of the organisation, is accepted. The second hypothesis that say that is gotten the structure of ownership memoderasi relations between the role of leadership and the achievement of the organisation, are refused.
