Abstract

UKM Tofu Tonghai is one of the UKM that makes tofu in a simple way. In UKM tofu Tonghai how to press now adays by using legs that are done by one worker, so that the pressing process becomes long. This made it difficult for UKM owners to know about Tong Tofu in large quantities. This tofu press tool was designed specifically for UKM, Tonghai, which was obtained from the determination of the length of the tofu press, with an overall height of 115 cm, a tool height of 95 cm, a width of 37 cm with a diameter of 26 cm, and the height of the supporting foot of 20 cm. So as to make ENASE working conditions (Effective, Comfortable, Safe, Healthy and Efficient) for workers and higienish for consumers. The tool is made using ergonomic detectors. The cost of making the equipment is Rp. 900,000. Break event point in 2602 units or Rp. 14,772,727.7 - and payback period in 4 days Before using the tool on average for 12 minutes and after using the tool an average of 3 minutes.
