Abstract

PT Andira Argo is a company engaged in the industrial palm oil plantations which produce crude palm oil (CPO). The presence of a potential hazard for accident against work on PT Andira Argo there from January 2016 until February 2018 there were 21 accidents kecelakan work experienced by workers divided by the main factors, namely, human factors, environmental factors and protective factors means the work it needs to be done the analysis of risk factors on the cause of the accident so it can do prevention efforts. Methods of Hazard And Operability (HAZOP) is a method that can be used to analyze and identify the risks that exist within a production process via the perangkingan Risk Assessment. Andira PT Agro has 21 work accident with 9 source of danger and of the results of the perangkingan there is 1 source that has Extreme hazard (slippery floor), hazard 3 sources that have a value of high risk (worker attitude, vibrator and steam). The study recommends the implementation of improvements and fixes in the form of floor cleaning of oil after work and inspect the condition of the floor routine 1 time a week, make a visual display to remind workers to always using APD, fixing the vibrator performs inspection of the condition of the vibrators on a regular basis, and made the sign of the danger signs. Implementation of hazard sources decreased the workers attitude has decreased from high risk into risk and increased awareness of the importance of occupational health and kelamatan of test respondents with 3 factors.
