Abstract
The used car sales centre in Palembang is designed with sustainable architecture principles to support environmental efficiency and sustainability. The design integrates green technologies and eco-friendly materials, such as solar panels for renewable energy use and rainwater management systems to reduce fresh water consumption. Open space concepts and natural ventilation are implemented to minimize the use of air conditioning and artificial lightin, while enhancing visitor comfort. The use of recycled materials and energy-efficient constructions techniques aims to reduce the building’s carbon footprint. This centre functions not only as a place for used car transactions but also as an innovative example in commercial building development with an environmental focus. With a design prioritizing sustainability, the centre is expected to serve as a model for urban development.
