Abstract

The badminton training club is a forum for young athletes who want to increase their talent and interest in Indonesian badminton. Currently, there are no badminton clubs in Palembang that can penetrate the national training of the Indonesian Badminton Association. Athletes have to look for big clubs like those in Java to be able to entered the center, because only a few clubs could send athletes to enter the PBSI national training, so the athletes had to look for a big club on the island of Java to take part in a general audition to enter the big club. This is detrimental to young athletes who have high enthusiasm and due to limited economic conditions, therefore a badminton training club was built in the city of Palembang to accommodate badminton training activities which are equipped with supporting facilities and badminton equipment that are more complete than other big clubs such as Djarum so that they can be crowned. as a very suitable and complete club for athletes to be motivated to train so that they always win gold in every competition throughout the world. Building a badminton training club which is equipped with complete facilities and implementing several concepts such as the shape of shuttlecocks and rackets as a building mass composition with the theme of unity which means spirit of badminton so that by building this training club it can provide a successor to young Indonesian badminton athletes.
