Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Work-Life Balance and Job Satisfaction on the Performance of Security Units (Satpam) in Palembang City. The population in this study is the Satpam in Palembang City. Data processing was conducted using SPSS, and the sampling technique used was purposive sampling, resulting in a sample of 108 samples. The results of the study indicate that work life balance and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Security Units (Satpam) in Palembang City.
