Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Profitability, Liquidity, Leverage, and Company Size on Dividend Policy, focusing on Kompas100 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, over the 2022-2024 period. The data used is secondary data. The population in this study was Kompas100 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, resulting in a total of 75 samples of 25 companies. Hypothesis testing was conducted using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Leverage has a negative effect on dividend policy, while Profitability, Liquidity, and Company Size have no effect on dividend policy.
