Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and work environment on courier performance at logistics companies in Palembang City. This study uses empirical research with a quantitative approach. The method used in sampling is purposive sampling technique. Hypothesis testing was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 91 courier respondents at logistics companies in Palembang City. Hypothesis testing was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on courier performance at logistics companies in Palembang City and the results of this study also indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on courier performance at logistics companies in Palembang City.
