Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of and on employee performance Upskilling and Reskilling in the creative economy sector in Palembang City. This research uses a quantitative approach. The data used in this study are primary data. The population of this study consists of employees working in the creative economy sector in Palembang City. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents. Hypothesis testing was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that has an effect on employee performance in the creative economy sector in Palembang City and also has an effect on employee performance in the creative economy sector in Palembang City.
