Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of effectiveness on the interest in using QRIS, with internal control as a moderating variable, focusing on MSMEs. The research period covers 2025–2026, and the data used are primary data. The population of this study consists of MSMEs in Palembang City. The sampling technique employed was purposive sampling, resulting in 101 MSME samples. Hypothesis testing was conducted using moderated regression analysis. The findings indicate that effectiveness has a negative effect on the interest in using QRIS, and internal control is not able to moderate the relationship between effectiveness and the interest in using QRIS.
