Abstract

Furniture factory is a building industry that process raw materials through processing machinery and products such as furniture such as sofas, spring bed, cupboard, and others. High need for furniture that can be seen from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) in 2010, the need for the number of properties currently reaches 13 million units. By comparison the number of Indonesian population reached 240 million. Along with the growth and development of the property world is quite rapid, especially in Palembang, ranging from the presence of housing, offices, shops and malls in need of furniture as a complement to the building. In designing the furniture factory, is expected to meet the demand for furniture in the city of Palembang is quite high.
