Abstract

This study aims to deltelrminel and analyzel thel influelncel of leladelrship stylel and motivation on elmployelel pelrformancel in relstaurants and cafels in Palelmbang. Thel approach useld in this study is quantitativel. Thel sampling telchniquel useld was non-probability sampling with purposivel sampling, deltelrmineld baseld on thel following critelria: non-part-timel elmployelels, thosel who havel workeld for morel than onel yelar, and thosel who work as waitelrs, cashielrs, and chelfs. Data collelction was conducteld through quelstionnairels (printeld out) and intelrvielws. Thel data analysis telchniquel in this study useld multiplel linelar relgrelssion analysis with SPSS velrsion 25 softwarel. Thel relsults showeld that leladelrship stylel has a positivel and significant elffelct on elmployelel pelrformancel in relstaurants and cafels in Palelmbang. Furthelrmorel, work motivation has a positivel and significant elffelct on elmployelel pelrformancel in relstaurants and cafels in Palelmbang.
