Abstract

This study is a quantitative study that aims to determine and analyze the effect of Training and Non-Physical Work Environment on Salesman Performance at PT. Thamrin Brothers Sako Branch. The sampling technique used is total sampling with a total of 39 salesmen as respondents. Data was collected through questionnaires and interviews and analyzed using SPSS version 25. Data analysis techniques included descriptive statistics, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression. The results showed that Training and Non-Physical Work Environment had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. These findings provide input for management in improving the quality of training programs by adjusting training materials to the job requirements of employees and improving non-physical work environment conditions, particularly in communication between superiors and subordinates, teamwork, and a mutually respectful work atmosphere Keywords: Training, Non-Physical Work Environment, Performance
