Abstract
The high turnover rate of Generation Z employees is a challenge for companies, especially in the Accounting & Finance division which has high work demands and expectations of fair rewards and balanced workloads. This study aims to analyze the effect of conversion and workload on turnover of Generation Z Accounting & Finance employees in Palembang City using a quantitative approach through surveys and multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS, accompanied by validity tests, reliability, classical assumptions, t-tests, F-tests, and coefficients of determination. The results of the study indicate that compensation has a positive and significant effect, workload has a positive and significant effect, and both simultaneously have a significant effect on turnover, so these findings are expected to be the basis for company considerations in determining compensation policies and workload management to reduce employee turnover. Keywords: compensation, workload, turnover intention, Generation Z.
