Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of compensation and the work environment on the performance of Security Personnel (Satpam) in Palembang City. The study population consists of all security officers working in Palembang. The data were processed using SPSS, and the sampling technique employed was purposive sampling, resulting in a total of 104 respondents. The analysis results indicate that both compensation and the work environment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of security personnel in Palembang City.
