Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of BOPO, NPL, and CAR on profitability in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2020–2024. The study uses secondary data, with a population consisting of 47 banking companies listed on the IDX during the observation period. The results of multiple linear regression analysis indicate that BOPO and NPL have a negative and significant effect on profitability (ROA), while CAR has a positive and significant effect on profitability (ROA).
