Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy on small business credit (KUR) decision-making through risk perception as a mediating variable among MSME actors in Palembang City. The data used is primary data collected by distributing questionnaires directly to those responsible for the business. The method used is convenience sampling, with respondents totaling 150 MSME actors in Palembang City engaged in trade, services, and culinary businesses. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy has a significant effect on credit decision-making. In addition, financial literacy also has a significant effect on risk perception, and risk perception has been proven to have a significant effect on credit decision-making. Thus, risk perception can partially mediate the relationship between financial literacy and credit decision-making.
