Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance using liquidity, solvency, and profitability ratios on stock prices in the banking subsector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2020-2024. The data used are secondary data. The population in this study are banking companies listed on the main board of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used is a purposive sampling method and obtained 26 companies with a total of 130 observation data. Hypothesis testing was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 22. The results of this study indicate that liquidity and solvency have no significant effect on stock prices, while profitability has a positive and significant effect on stock prices.
