Abstract
The automotive industry currently faces the challenge of improving the quality of after-sales service amid the complexity of operational data. At PT Astra Honda Motor, particularly in the Technical Service Department (TSD), the warranty claim management and financial administration processes still face efficiency constraints due to semi-manual processes. The disconnect between technical and financial teams leads to a high risk of human error, delays in verification, and difficulties in monitoring budgeting in real time. This practicum aims to design an integrated web-based application to address these issues. The system development method used is the Waterfall model, which includes the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The result of this design is an application that has three main modules: the Admin module for supervision, the Warranty module equipped with an AI Risk Analysis feature for automatic risk filtering and document validation, and the Finance module which has an automatic tax calculator and Budget Control features to prevent overpayments. The implementation of this design is expected to speed up the verification workflow, improve payment data accuracy, and provide operational transparency for management.
