Abstract

This internship is a mandatory activity aimed at providing practical experience. The internship focuses on the planning and design process of Volans-type residential homes with a Scandinavian architectural style at PT. Bintang Agung Property. The internship will be held from February 14, 2025, to July 31, 2025, at the Green Resort Palembang Housing Office. The purpose of this internship is to connect the theory learned in the classroom with direct practice in the field, particularly in the field of architectural design. The design process includes drawing floor plans, building elevations, 3D designs, exterior and interior renderings, and material selection. The results of the internship demonstrate that the application of Scandinavian concepts can produce comfortable, minimalist, and efficient housing. Additionally, this activity provides students with additional insights and skills to prepare them for the professional world of architecture.
