Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect to environmental performance on financial performance with good corporate governance as a moderating variabel. The population of this study are mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2023. This study uses quantitative research methods using data from www.idx.co.id and https://proper.menlhk.go.id. Purposive sampling was also used as a sampling technique. The hypotesis testing used moderate regression analysis. The results showed that good corporate governance does not moderate the effect of environmental performance on financial performance.
