Abstract

This study is a quantitative research that aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and compensation on employee performance at Pempek Ellen company. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, involving 48 employees as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS version 25. The data analysis techniques include descriptive statistics, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that work motivation and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. These findings provide input for management to improve human resource management strategies more effectively.
