Abstract
This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of compensation and work motivation on the performance of employees at Three Crowns Palembang. The sample was selected using cencus with a total of 36 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that compensation and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance Three Crowns Palembang.
