Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy and perceived ease of use on financial management, with perceived ease of use as a moderating variable. This study is motivated by the importance of financial literacy skills in managing personal finances and the development of digital payment technology that is considered to facilitate financial transactions. The research method employed is quantitative, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 155 respondents. Data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and moderation testing with Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA).The results indicate that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on financial management. Perceived ease of use also has a positive and significant effect on financial management. However, perceived ease of use does not serve as a moderating variable in the relationship between financial literacy and financial management. This implies that although both financial literacy and perceived ease of use contribute to financial management, financial literacy remains the primary factor regardless of the level of perceived ease of use of financial technology.
