Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and employee engagement on turnover intention with a focus on PT Ogan Graha Mandiri Palembang. The data used are primary data. The population in this study were all employees at PT Ogan Graha Mandiri Palembang. The sampling technique used was the saturated sampling technique and obtained 43 respondents. Hypothesis testing was carried out using descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing by managing the data using the SPSS 27 application. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has an effect on turnover intention and employee engagement has no effect on turnover intention.
