Abstract

The success of a notary couldn’t be only measured by the number of deeds, but also by expertise of administration’s filing in his office. Without a great organizing of those deeds, will lead to problems and difficulty in the future, therefore there’s demand of structured file circulation system in order to manage in and out files. This circulation files information system has some functions, such as adding in, out, finished files which developed by visual basic and MySQL as the database and also could display which of notary’s staff were working on it, giving access to the notary himself, searching files and deeds payment. This software developed with Waterfall model method. This reasearch deliver a software which manage defined in and out files and able to solve nowadays’ problems.
