Abstract

The registration process for prospective hajj pilgrims at PT Sako Utama Wisata was previously carried out manually using paper forms and recording in a registration book. This procedure resulted in inefficiency, potential data input errors, and obstacles in searching for archives. To overcome these problems, a website-based registration system was designed and built using the Extreme Programming (XP) system development method. This method was chosen because of its flexibility in accommodating changes and is oriented towards user satisfaction. This system is designed with various features such as managing user data, package data, registration data, and payment data, as well as printing registration documents. Testing was carried out using the Blackbox and Whitebox methods to ensure the functionality and reliability of the system. The implementation results showed that the system was able to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and service to prospective pilgrims. It is hoped that this system will be a long-term solution in supporting a modern and professional administration process at PT Sako Utama Wisata.
