Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of job stress on employee job satisfaction at Mixue outlets in Palembang. The research uses a quantitative approach with a case study method. A total of 125 respondents were selected using a convenience sampling technique from 24 Mixue outlets in Palembang. Data were collected through online questionnaires and analyzed using simple linear regression with IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The results indicate that job stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. This means that the higher the level of job stress experienced by employees, the lower their job satisfaction. These findings are consistent with previous studies, emphasizing that job stress is a critical factor that negatively affects employee satisfaction
