Abstract
Background: The problem that usually arises after SC is pain. Pain due to SC if left untreated will cause disruption to the mother's activities. Pain management is the main intervention to overcome the problem of acute pain. Non pharmacological therapies that can be done to reduce pain include early mobilization. Purpose: Implementing early mobilization to reduce pain in post section caesarea patients Methods: This application method uses a case study Results: The results of the application obtained in clients 1, 2 and 3 experienced a decrease in pain scale and reduced pain. However, pain is still felt, but is classified as mild pain with a pain scale of 1 and 2. Conclusion:The application of early mobilization can reduce pain in post section caesarea patients, this is indicated by the results of the application which shows a decrease in the pain scale in the three clients.
