Abstract
Artikel ini membahas tentang model kegembalaan dalam Gereja Katolik yang lebih bernuansa egaliter, alih-alih feodalis. Model kegembalaan egaliter disinyalir akan lebih menghadirkan sosok kepemimpinan yang dekat dengan rakyat (baca: umat) dan menghilangkan sekat-sekat pemisah antara umat dan pemimpinnya.
